Quick Tips for Aralon: Sword and Shadow
- Aralon is pretty good about pointing you in the right direction at first, so just follow the instructions and pick up the quests around the first town to get a feel for the game.
- Save often. There’s no penalty or cost for saving, so play it safe and regularly bookmark your progress. You don’t want to have to repeat your heroic feats, right?
- Know when to beat a hasty retreat. If you’re getting overwhelmed, it’s a good idea to make a run for it so that you can recover and come back with a better plan.
- Make sure you’re linking skills and equipment to the toolbar for convenient use. Keep your best abilities at hand so that you can react quickly to whatever comes along.
- Don’t forget to loot every corpse. Money isn’t the easiest thing to come by, and certain classes (Warriors especially) are going to need a lot of it.
- Make sure you actually spend your attribute points when you level up. Just go into the menu screen and you should be able to assign a skill point and a stat point. They won’t do you any good just sitting there!
